Refund Policy

Subscription refunds

Refund requests for subscription plans must be raised within 7 days of the payment date. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Single course purchases

Single course purchases are non-refundable once course content has been accessed. If you encounter a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 48 hours for assistance.

How to request a refund

Email us via the Contact page with your registered email address, order details, and reason for the refund request.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for partial subscription periods, change-of-mind requests beyond the 7-day window, or accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service.
